1) Discovery: The process begins by defining the location(s), type of work, type of shots, and other project parameters with the Service Request Document
2) Scope of Work: For every project, the scope of the work is clearly defined. Our quotes include a pre-shoot planning session. This session can be
conducted via phone, Skype, or on site. We work closely with our clients to understand the bigger context of your projects. Story boards, shot lists,
shot angles, etc are all well defined in the scope of work document. Additionaly, the exact deliverables are agreed upon for the project.
3) Capture the Content: As part of our SAFTY FIRST culture, we do a thorough review of any obstacles, hazards, or factors that could affect completing the shoot safely. We are perfectionists who work until the content is perfect!
4) Project Deliverables: Image files with either photos or videos are made available within 2 to 5 business days
5) Post Project Deliverables Follow Up: We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with our work. The project is not complete until you are completely satisfied and give us a thumbs up and sign off!
