Residential Photography – Interior & Exterior
All photos are high resolution HDR photos – the highest quality to showcase your listings! We provide an unlimited number of photos and take as many as needed based on the property. We believe we should give you more photos so you have more to choose from! A URL link to a gallery is provided that can be used to view and download your photos. Sky Replacement
Free Sky Replacement if the shoot occurs on a cloudy day!
Aerial Drone Photography
All flights performed by a FAA Commercially Licensed Drone Pilot using professional drone equipment (not retail drones). Aerial Photos for Any Size Home. The “money shot” is usually better taken with a drone directly in front of the property at about 20′. Great for listings with acreage, next to golf courses, or waterfronts! Methods of Payment
We accept cash, checks, credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Venmo. Please note that sales tax will be added to all prices listed as required by law. A 3.5% processing fee will be added to credit card, PayPal, and Venmo payments to cover transaction costs.
Payment in full is required to book the services.
Cancellation / Rescheduling
No Charge if cancelled 3 days or more prior to the shoot date with a full refund.
Cancellation 2 days prior – $50 and the rest of the amount paid will be refunded.
Please note that the full shoot price is incurred if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Copyright Notice
All images provided are, unless otherwise stated in writing, owned exclusively by Harris-Media and protected by copyright. Upon payment of the agreed fees, the client receives a one-time license to use the images provided in their marketing materials. Extended licenses may also be negotiated, but are neither implied nor granted, unless specifically granted in writing by Harris-Media.

Meeting and Exceeding Your Expectations
A Proven Customer Focused Process that Ensures Success…
1) Discovery: The process begins by defining the location(s), type of work, type of shots, and other project parameters with the Service Request Document
2) Scope of Work: For every project, the scope of the work is clearly defined. Our quotes include a pre-shoot planning session. This session can be conducted via phone, Skype, or on site. We work closely with our clients to understand the bigger context of your projects. Story boards, shot lists, shot angles, etc are all well defined in the scope of work document. Additionally, the exact price and deliverables are agreed upon for the project.
3) Capture the Content: As part of our SAFTY FIRST culture, we do a thorough review of any obstacles, hazards, or factors that could affect completing the shoot safely. We are perfectionists who work until the content is perfect!
4) Project Deliverables: Image files with either photos or videos are made available within 2 to 5 business days
5) Post Project Deliverables Follow Up: We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with our work. The project is not complete until you are completely satisfied and give us a thumbs up and sign off!

Mike Harris has done very wonderful job video graphing our ceremony. On the day of the event, Mike arrived early, prepared with multiple cameras and equipment to capture the moment from good angles. Mike attention to detail was amazing , he was always in the right place at the right time to catch fleeting moments that we’ll cherish , he provided us media and YouTube link while we are waiting on the final product from the company. He makes you feel comfortable on the walk through, tells you about the pics he'll take, takes his time and gets great angles… He even kindly asked our local DPW guys to move the backhoe that was in the town park across the street (it had just showed up and parked) because it was directly in the front window view from our living room. Highly recommend!
